Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate monthly close with the GBSC and ensure books close in line with US GAAP and Mastercard accounting policies.
  • •Lead quarterly US GAAP reporting and disclosure requirements and provide necessary corporate controller reporting.
  • •Analyze revenue during month-end close to support accurate forecasting and advise on revenue and billing questions.
  • •Oversee revenue waiver and claims processing in partnership with account teams, product teams, planners, O&T, and the GBSC.
  • •Oversee SOX controls, internal control monitoring, and compliance/risk management initiatives; partner on revenue assurance and drive process efficiencies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • •Active CPA (or equivalent qualification).
  • •Strong revenue recognition and technical accounting experience under US GAAP.
  • •Strong knowledge of Internal Controls concepts and Sarbanes Oxley regulations.
