Key Responsibilities

•Lead the development laboratory and manage lab staff to achieve development goals
•Define, coordinate, and monitor development targets aligned with corporate and business strategies
•Spearhead projects to develop new technologies in collaboration with internal and external partners
•Develop innovative, sustainable, user-friendly products and technologies while ensuring compliance with EHS, customer, and quality requirements
•Collaborate with global and local R&D, Operations, Sales and Product Management to support key customer projects and continuously improve safety performance

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's level degree in materials science, chemistry, building materials technology or a related technical field
•Several years of experience in cementitious systems development or construction materials with leadership experience
•Deep understanding of hydraulic binders and additive technology
•Strong ability to plan and interpret laboratory and material tests, with knowledge of statistics and data science
•Experience working with databases and data management systems
