Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide people leadership for Process Engineers, setting vision and standards of engineering excellence and driving performance management.
  • •Lead EHS management through behavioural safety, management of change, and ensuring compliance with operating standards and procedures.
  • •Initiate and lead major engineering transformation projects and deputise for the Engineering Management Director as required.
  • •Own recruitment and onboarding for engineering staff, including competency standards, interview review, and coordination with service providers and Talent Acquisition.
  • •Approve engineering documentation and execution strategy, implement engineering tool/methodology improvements, and support Engineering Academy training initiatives.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • •Understanding of technology development, engineering, and licencing.
  • •Member of a recognised Professional Institution.
  • •Lead and develop Process Engineers to drive productivity, performance, and engineering career progression.
