Key Responsibilities

  • •Own development and deployment of ground maneuver systems for unmanned ground vehicles, robotic platforms, and soldier-borne hardware.
  • •Integrate communications, computing, sensors, and effectors onto ground platforms, driving interface definitions, SWaP-C budgets, spectrum/EMI deconfliction, and open-architecture compliance.
  • •Lead and coordinate program managers to meet schedules, cost constraints, and regulatory requirements across multiple hardware production and platform integration teams.
  • •Own the program’s path through government test and evaluation, convert operator feedback into design and production changes on short cycles, and ensure delivery commitments.
  • •Build partner and customer relationships and collaborate with finance/business development to support proposals and shape requirements and program strategy.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years managing the development of complex electromechanical or vehicle-based systems across the product lifecycle.
  • •Proven track record delivering complex, multi-million-dollar, high-volume hardware on time and on budget.
  • •Experience coordinating multiple internal and external teams in complex engineering/technology organizations.
  • •Strong analytical, strategic problem-solving abilities and ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
