Sales Associate II

Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador, meeting individual and store sales goals while supporting daily store operations. Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and tailored recommendations, and drive revenue via cross-selling, upselling, and clienteling. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Maintain floor/stockroom standards and assist with inventory and merchandising.
