•Anticipate bottlenecks by defining requirements, surfacing technical dependencies, and building delivery schedules with trade-off awareness.
•Translate between R&D, Product/Engineering, and finance needs by building a shared vocabulary, cadence, and commitments.
•Design execution rituals (sprints, checkpoints, reviews) tailored to scientific teams to ensure accountability without disrupting lab-paced work.
•Own the roadmap end-to-end—building, defending, and continuously updating it as the science evolves.
•Drive resourcing and launch execution by coordinating handoffs and ensuring milestones land cleanly.

Salary: USD 131,200 - 246,000 annually

•Track record of stepping into a program mid-crisis and getting it back on track (e.g., stalled milestones, resourcing gaps, scope blowups).
•Ability to build and defend ROI-generating roadmaps for novel, high-uncertainty scientific work.
•Ability to become fluent in a new scientific domain quickly, via an advanced technical degree and/or deep experience in heavily scientific teams.
•Experience partnering directly with finance and product leadership to tie delivery to investment decisions.
