Litho Console Technician

Set up, operate, adjust, and repair a KBA Metalstar steel flat-sheet printing press to meet customer specifications in a manufacturing environment. Follow plant safety and food-safety systems (GMP/HAACP/SQF), using PPE, SDS sheets, and lockout/tagout. Prepare coatings, run UV checks, read specs and production schedules, maintain packaging materials, and perform troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and record keeping using systems such as L2L, Infinity, QAD, and Dozuki.
