Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end project delivery within the Product Lifecycle Process.
  • •Facilitate planning and maintain project schedules, budgets, resource allocations, milestones, and critical path tracking.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional resource allocation (Engineering, Product, Quality, Manufacturing, Marketing, Support) for timely execution and handovers.
  • •Own project status tracking, reporting, and governance; communicate KPIs, risks, issues, and progress to stakeholders and leadership.
  • •Support agile delivery as appropriate (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, release readiness) and run post-launch reviews to capture lessons learned.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field; equivalent work experience considered.
  • •5+ years of project management experience in a technology, engineering, or product development environment, ideally including hardware-software systems.
  • •Proven experience managing multiple multidisciplinary projects, including resource planning and balancing trade-offs across engineering, manufacturing, and support.
  • •Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid) and tools such as Jira, Monday.com, Confluence, and MS Project.
  • •Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills, including identifying/mitigating risks and resolving conflicts.
