•Develop cross-product priorities and strategy for liquidity initiatives by understanding customers and technology.
•Reduce ambiguity and risk by identifying bottlenecks, escalating issues strategically, and making data-driven trade-off decisions.
•Partner with program managers, product managers, and engineering managers to align development priorities across teams.
•Proactively identify and mitigate risks, remove obstacles, and drive testing dependencies across engineering teams.
•Build release, bug, and supervisory dashboards to report development progress and gaps to partners.

Salary: USD 172,000 - 215,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of release and/or project management experience in sophisticated enterprise tech environments working across many teams.

•Experience coordinating cross-functionally, influencing without authority, and driving consensus in a matrixed environment.
•Hands-on experience with project planning tools including Jira, Confluence, and Google Sheets.
