Supervisor- Maintenance USA

Supervise and plan daily maintenance work for all maintenance personnel, ensuring equipment uptime through escalation procedures and on-call coverage. You’ll develop and train technicians, direct hourly associates, contractors, and vendors, and manage maintenance planning and workload scheduling. The role also oversees on-site equipment service and repair, maintains CMMS/Maximo compliance, and drives quality, safety, and cost-savings initiatives while coordinating with production and other departments.
