Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop design, procurement, and construction contracts during pre-construction phases.
  • •Direct project engineers and construction site managers to meet milestones safely, on schedule, and within budget.
  • •Negotiate and manage engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) activities.
  • •Serve as owner’s project management for multiple wind and thermal energy projects during implementation.
  • •Lead forecasting for capital budget spending and support plant operations with improvements and equipment/incident recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field, with 10 years of experience in project engineering and construction of electric generation projects.
  • •5 years of experience in project development or project management.
  • •Demonstrated oral and written communication plus effective negotiating and dispute resolution skills.
  • •Proficiency with Word, Excel, Primavera P3, and Thermo-flow GT Pro/GT Master.
  • •Ability to travel 20%.
