Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and deliver the end-to-end project lifecycle (initiation to closure) for telecom or managed services projects.
  • •Manage customer engagements to ensure scope, timelines, and contractual obligations are met.
  • •Build and maintain detailed project plans with milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.
  • •Track and control project financials including revenue, cost, margin, and forecasts.
  • •Identify and manage risks, issues, and escalations; coordinate cross-functional teams and lead stakeholder status reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Telecom, or a related field.
  • •5–10+ years of experience delivering projects within telecom or IT services.
  • •Experience managing large-scale or strategic customer projects end-to-end.
  • •Strong knowledge of project management disciplines (scope, schedule, cost, risk) and governance/compliance.
  • •Proficiency with Agile/hybrid delivery models and tools such as Jira, MS Project, Power BI dashboards, and Confluence.
