Engage potential and existing customers by phone to understand needs, answer inquiries, and introduce Binghatti’s products and services. Qualify leads, gather and document customer requirements, schedule follow-ups, and escalate qualified leads to the sales team. Maintain accurate customer records in the company database, track call interactions and feedback, and work to meet daily and monthly call volume and sales generation targets.
