Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide outstanding consumer service using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M. service model.
  • •Support store goals by educating consumers on products, in-store promotions, and events.
  • •Assist across store departments including consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
  • •Execute retail operations such as POS management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, loyalty promotion, and cleanliness/recovery standards.
  • •Follow Asset Protection policies and collaborate with Store Management to improve key performance indicators.

Key Requirements

  • •Be 18 years or older.
  • •Have at least SPM / O Level or above.
  • •Have a minimum of 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
  • •Be fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
