Loads & Dynamics Manager - Flight Engineering

Lead a team of Loads and Dynamics engineers supporting the MQ-25 integrated product team. Own flight and ground loads and dynamics/flutter efforts across the product lifecycle, develop and execute project plans aligned to program objectives, and drive achievement of business, technical, and customer requirements. Manage a team of 8–16, forecast resources and hiring needs, monitor performance metrics, and report cost, schedule, and technical progress to program leadership.
