Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze slotting reports and measurements, run and report metrics, and identify inconsistencies to management.
  • •Coordinate with marketing to ensure opportunities and sales orders are set up correctly in SAP and manage schedule transitions between pilot and volume manufacturing.
  • •Partner with engineering and sourcing to detect and prevent issues that could disrupt production.
  • •Maintain MRP integrity for managed products, including order pull/push outs, milestone routings, and test strategies; use Rapid Response Output as needed.
  • •Initiate and validate demand in MRP, monitor and reconcile supply/demand, research engineering change orders, recommend planning bill changes, and respond to MRP validation inquiries; manage PIRs/NSR content and overplanned material.
