Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a crew member to refill equipment at work sites as instructed by the foreperson on highways/private roadways/parking lots/driveway work zones.
  • •Mobilize materials between facilities, job sites, and customers to support daily crew schedules.
  • •Perform daily pre/post trip inspections and maintain DOT- and policy-compliant documentation.
  • •Load and unload equipment and assist with flagging/traffic control operations as needed; help with routine equipment service/adjustments.
  • •Keep the truck clean and orderly, report maintenance deficiencies, and follow company and DOT safety/environment procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Must possess a Commercial Drivers License (CDL) and necessary endorsements (hazardous materials/tank endorsements may be required for certain hauls).

  • •Complete daily pre/post trip inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with DOT guidelines and company policies.
  • •Ability to operate a water truck and transport materials safely and accurately, including in extreme weather and for extended shifts.
  • •Ability to follow OSHA/MSHA safety standards, Traffic Control Crew instructions, and practice PPE compliance.
