Key Responsibilities

  • •Support talent acquisition processes to identify and hire top candidates in a timely manner.
  • •Collaborate with business units to update job descriptions and competency profiles and initiate the recruitment cycle.
  • •Monitor and utilize career platforms and candidate tracking applications effectively.
  • •Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including screening, interview scheduling, inventory applications, reference checks, and evaluations.
  • •Contribute to recruitment process/strategy enhancements and provide insights via process and candidate data reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
