Key Responsibilities

  • •Own procurement and commercial contract reviews, including terms governing data rights, retention, and use of data to train AI models.
  • •Assess fact-specific fund and investment matters, including fee disputes, carry transfers, distribution/secondary-related issues, and side letters.
  • •Research and advise on questions under the Securities Act, Investment Company Act, Investment Advisers Act, and related rules.
  • •Use AI-assisted research and drafting workflows, reviewing and verifying proposed responses.
  • •Identify recurring patterns and help turn them into reusable guidance, templates, and AI-assisted workflows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 225,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Own procurement and commercial contract reviews for ordinary-course corporate matters.
  • •Use AI-assisted legal research and drafting workflows, and verify AI outputs.
  • •Take ownership in reactive situations with incomplete facts, time sensitivity, or no playbook, escalating when needed.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to balance legal risk with business realities.
  • •Build fund and regulatory fluency covering fund governing documents, investor arrangements, and securities/investment-management concepts.
