Job Summary

Sustainment Data Analyst supporting LTAMDS/IRAD programs to optimize lifecycle efficiency for Land and Air Defense products. Will collaborate with design, CPTs, IPTs, and customers, manage agile teams, develop long-term technology roadmaps, and integrate OSS with data pipelines, while aligning with modern programming capabilities and project investments. Based onsite in MA with possible travel.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage highly agile teams (5-10 employees).
•Develop Long-Term Roadmaps for technology development.
•Support of Open source and FOSS integration with D4 data pipeline.
•Development capabilities in alignment with modern programming languages.
•Support and manage projects ranging from Small to Large scale investment

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 107,500 - 204,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 8 years of prior engineering experience or equivalent experience.
•Experience of Agile development
•Product lead Experience
•Ability to obtain and maintain a US Secret clearance is required. US citizenship is required as only US citizens are eligible for a security clearance
