Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in executing and managing experiential projects across Amex premium charge card benefits and experiences.
  • •Manage budgets for initiatives and events, including invoice tracking, vendor onboarding, coordination, and performance reporting.
  • •Prepare briefs for agencies and vendors outlining objectives, requirements, and deliverables for events and experiences.
  • •Coordinate project activities from ideation through execution to ensure initiatives are successfully launched.
  • •Create Card Member communications and maintain tracking and reporting for experiential benefits, analyzing utilization and engagement metrics to improve customer value.
