Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a strong client experience by being present with clients and teammates and supporting clients’ financial wellness journey.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities during in-person and phone conversations and deliver customized recommendations.
  • •Open consumer and small business accounts and related deposit/lending products, including certificates of deposit and home equity.
  • •Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line-of-business partners to acquire clients and deepen relationships based on goals.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, and support teller-line transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED (or equivalent business experience).
  • •1+ years developing new and current customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources; sales is more important than financial services experience.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques such as tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing).
