Job Summary

Safely and efficiently produce high-quality precast concrete products by reading and interpreting drawings/blueprints, fabricating steel rebar, preparing and filling steel molds, and finishing concrete surfaces. You’ll also disassemble molds, perform facility maintenance and housekeeping, support product handling (yarding), and load trucks, while following process steps to meet production standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Safely and efficiently produce precast concrete products to quality standards.
•Accurately read and interpret drawings and blueprints.
•Cut, bend, place, and tie steel rebar.
•Prepare steel molds, place concrete into molds from pour buckets, and finish with a trowel.
•Disassemble molds and remove hardened product; support mold/form building, facility maintenance and housekeeping, product yarding, and truck loading.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma (or equivalent).
•Knowledge and skills to use basic tools.
•Knowledge of basic measurements and how to read a tape measure.

•Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and frequently climb ladders.
