Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the product vision end-to-end for enterprise software solutions and ensure delivered work genuinely solves customer problems.
  • •Translate complex and conflicting business requirements into a clear, prioritized product backlog in collaboration with customers, architects, and engineering teams.
  • •Set and enforce quality and governance standards, including defining acceptance criteria and Definition of Done and ensuring documentation and compliance requirements are upheld.
  • •Drive Agile delivery momentum by leading ceremonies, managing backlog priorities and dependencies, and maintaining transparency with stakeholders.
  • •Evaluate and shape AI-assisted products by translating Generative AI and agentic AI capabilities into backlog decisions that deliver customer value.

Key Requirements

  • •Mastery of Agile product ownership, including backlog management, user story writing, acceptance criteria, and prioritization of competing demands, including evaluating AI-assisted products.
  • •Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement with the ability to align from executive discussions to hands-on working sessions with customers and cross-functional delivery teams.
  • •Ability to analyze ambiguous business needs and convert them into clear, actionable requirements with decisiveness to move forward without perfect information.
  • •Technical fluency with modern software development practices, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) (services, extension patterns, and integration capabilities) to engage credibly with architects and engineers.
  • •Functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (core business processes and functional modules) and how to translate domain depth into well-scoped, customer-relevant solutions.
