Key Responsibilities

•Lead buy-side and sell-side transactions for a broad client base including corporate clients, private equity groups and commercial lenders.
•Manage engagements throughout the transaction lifecycle and coordinate other GT capabilities with cross-functional teams and international colleagues as needed.
•Serve as the day-to-day point person on engagements; lead meetings and calls with clients and target management.
•Plan, execute, direct and complete financial due diligence for financial and strategic buyers across various industries.
•Draft reports to socialize findings around quality of earnings, net working capital and business performance including insights into key financial issues in a transaction.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required; advanced degree preferred
•Minimum 10 years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function servicing cross-industry clients at a national level

•Strong knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, SEC Reporting, transaction advisory services or mergers and acquisitions
•Ability to manage multiple priorities and simultaneous projects in a rapidly growing practice
