Mortgage Loan Originator

Originate residential first mortgage loans for outside referrals, managing each loan end-to-end from application through closing. Build referral relationships and use mortgage tools and systems to complete applicant intake, review credit and rate information, transmit files, and assemble documentation. Maintain expertise in loan products, processing, underwriting, and federal lending regulations while managing a pipeline, producing required reports, and providing timely customer updates.
