Production Optical Assembly Technician

Assemble and handle complex optical and optomechanical components—lenses, mirrors, prisms, filters, lasers, and fiber optics—into housings using blueprints, engineering drawings, and SOPs. Align optical systems with specialized equipment such as lasers, collimators, interferometers, autocollimators, and microscopes. Maintain accurate production logs, DHR, and quality checklists, and troubleshoot assembly failures or optical misalignments with manufacturing engineers.
