Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and optimize rider payment and incentive models, harmonizing strategy across markets while allowing local adaptations.
  • •Evaluate financial impact of payment models, monitor cost-per-order (CPO) trends, and align incentives with profitability targets, rider supply, and fleet retention.
  • •Analyze large datasets to identify trends and inefficiencies, translating insights into actionable recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Looker to independently analyze data and build robust models.
