Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary on-site customer point of contact before, during, and after engine service events.
  • •Participate in commercial and event strategy for shop visits and coordinate with shop operations to ensure orders meet commitment dates.
  • •Use inspection results to determine best actions for optimal solutions while meeting customer demands.
  • •Monitor customer satisfaction and coordinate corrective actions when needed; ensure customer requirements are communicated to facility representatives.
  • •Liaise with customers to manage a 3-month engine shop visit forecast and meet ROCS KPIs, preparing analyses and reports and using SAP and CRM.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience with a Master’s degree
