Job Summary

Oversee supply chain and operations for multiple complex product lines, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with business goals. Key Responsibilities

•Oversee supply chain and operations for multiple complex product lines to ensure operational excellence and alignment with organizational goals.
•Own accountability for supply and demand activities, ensuring inventory and cost performance meets business needs.
•Lead and manage a team supporting a complex global business unit, including hiring, performance plans, coaching, and career development.
•Manage demand and supply matching activities at a strategic level and support performance metric and measurement process design.
•Lead regional/global trade compliance and deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives impacting the supply chain globally; serve as a liaison with external partners.

Key Requirements

•Four-year or graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or commensurate experience).
•Typically 10+ years of job-related experience or 8–10 years of management experience in supply chain, operations, or a related field.
•Demonstrated experience overseeing supply and demand activities for multiple, complex product lines and meeting inventory/cost performance needs.
•Ability to manage and lead teams of operations professionals and support performance measurement processes for senior management.
•Experience leading process improvement and policy development to create operational efficiencies and cost savings across the supply chain.
