Accounting Specialist- Romania

Support the GL team with standardized day-to-day accounting processes while delivering accurate, timely financial information aligned to GFS service level agreements. Contribute to month-end close, using HFM to prepare US GAAP financial reporting for P&L, balance sheet, working capital, and other metrics. Prepare variance analyses, perform reconciliations for accounts and AP/AR, and support management accounts and business performance reporting, driving continuous improvement through automation and KPI reporting.
