Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a key team member on financial restructuring and insolvency engagements, including managing junior staff day to day.
  • •Produce high-quality deliverables within planned timescales and apply understanding of engagement economics, risk, and quality management.
  • •Develop distinctive client relationships and support client presentations to help meet team performance targets.
  • •Support business development by proactively contributing to sales efforts and building external/internal peer-level networks.
  • •Help run sector or marketing key account teams, including participating in and organising marketing events and supporting research documents, pitches, and client presentations.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong academic background at degree level.
  • •Qualified CA, or committed to completing the CA program.
  • •Analytical with strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
  • •Knowledge of Restructuring Services/Insolvency (or strong transferable skills from a client-facing role in a professional services firm, e.g., corporate audit).
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills for a high-performance team, with commitment to work under pressure.
