Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the overall direction, coordination, execution, control, and completion of AV systems integration projects.
  • •Create and manage comprehensive project schedules and coordinate/verify resource scheduling for all project tasks.
  • •Identify and manage project risks, resolve issues, and escalate to management when needed.
  • •Manage project expenditures (equipment, labor, materials, misc.) against the budget and communicate issues impacting profitability.
  • •Facilitate internal and external project kickoff meetings and provide status/progress reporting and close-out documentation; maintain customer relationships and handle customer communications.
