Lead TMS Development Engineer

Provide subject-matter expertise in thermal management system design for data centers and the semiconductor ecosystem, supporting HVAC and product knowledge. Develop and validate thermal management systems using Trane or sourced equipment and controls, including scoping, analysis, documentation, and field validation. Work with partners, customers, and product teams on reference design strategy, model-based issue analysis, commercialization content, and customer/industry presentations, with 5–15% overnight travel.
