Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a friendly and welcoming experience while adhering to standard operating procedures.
  • •Present and prepare the driving range, short game area, members range, golf carts, bag drop, bag storage, and cartwell.
  • •Manage member and guest expectations related to lateness, no shows, squeeze-in tee times, and special requirements.
  • •Maintain range ball availability by washing them after each pick and ensuring ball-pickers and equipment are properly secured after duty hours.
  • •Perform delegated supervisor tasks and support continuous improvement activities, including potential committee participation and training as Fire Marshall or First Aider.

Key Requirements

  • •Grade VIII and above.
  • •Understand golf.
  • •Good command of the English language.
  • •Ability to interact with customers and work as a friendly team player.
  • •Must be able to lift/carry 30kg’s at any given time.
