Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain research and market-data operations, including tracking subscriptions, user lists, and renewals for information-product vendors.
  • •Build and maintain spreadsheets with moderate-to-high complexity, including pivot tables, lookups, and usage/cost reporting.
  • •Field and route research requests and answer questions requiring knowledge of departmental and firm functions.
  • •Maintain data integrity across CRM and internal systems through accurate entries and regular cleanups.
  • •Coordinate meetings, vendor demos, and training logistics; process vendor invoices and expenses, checking for accuracy.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 33 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum 2 years of relevant experience, with investment banking or financial services experience strongly preferred.
  • •Advanced Excel skills and strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • •Exceptionally organized with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines consistently and accurately.
  • •Ability to learn new technology platforms quickly; exposure to AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT) and CRM platforms like Salesforce is a plus.
  • •Detail-oriented, strong communicator, and able to collaborate and thrive under peak workloads.
