Own and scale OKX payment products across ACH, Cards, Wire, SEPA, FAST, PIX, and more. Drive roadmap and KPI-driven growth, define product requirements and integration needs with local and international payment providers, and coordinate with designers, engineers, legal, risk/compliance, marketing, customer support, and finance to align delivery. Verify squad deliverables, manage product dashboards, and optimize the payment experience using customer feedback and adoption signals.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and manage payment products (ACH, Cards, Wire, SEPA, FAST, PIX, etc.), driving roadmaps and iterations to meet goals and KPIs.
•Define product features and technical integration requirements, working with product designers, content writers, data analysts, and engineers to deliver releases.
•Verify squad deliverables and align stakeholders (including customer support) for feature releases and announcements to retail users.
•Track and manage a product dashboard with product data metrics, monitoring KPIs and driving growth.
•Drive adoption and optimize the product experience using marketing and risk collaboration, customer frictions, and voice of customer insights.

Key Requirements

•Product management experience in payments, including payments clearing, settlement, and fiat custody.
•Experience designing and building payments systems with an understanding of associated risk management.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills to translate strategy into actionable plans across product, engineering, design, and marketing.
•Comfort working technically with product, platform, and implementation details, including designing scalable solutions with engineering.
•Metrics-driven approach with experience defining and tracking KPIs, instrumentation, and monitoring.
