Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform routine and predictive maintenance on semi-automatic and automatic equipment, including turrets, punches, fiber laser, and automated material storage towers.
  • •Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime.
  • •Interface and support Industry 4.0 IoT solutions and establish OEE metrics by integrating with existing equipment.
  • •Support and maintain automated paint line systems by interfacing with PLCs, diagnosing faults, and replacing faulty sensors and HMIs.
  • •Maintain technical documentation and system records; log maintenance activities in CMMS, perform quarterly PLC/OS backups, and support audits and facility compliance initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of industrial maintenance experience focused on automation and controls.
  • •Allen Bradley PLC programming experience (or equivalent).
  • •High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • •Advanced skills in hydraulic & pneumatic systems, electrical, mechanical, and PLC troubleshooting/repair.
  • •Experience reading and understanding hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics; PLC/HMI modification or programming experience.
