You’ll chase threads to size, inspect surface finishes and edges, borescope parts for internal defects, and operate clean line equipment including laser part marking. The role also includes weekly/monthly CNC preventive maintenance, maintaining 5S and shop upkeep, managing cutting tools, and completing work instructions and test plans to meet production-rate goals.
