Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform methods engineering analysis including process design and time-and-motion studies to recommend manufacturing line improvements.
  • •Participate in and/or lead IE projects and programs; assist implementation into business processes using quality tools and ongoing success measures.
  • •Provide cost analysis and ROI calculations for project selection.
  • •Conduct and/or lead ergonomics/human-factors evaluations and recommend and implement improvements to work area designs.
  • •Support new product introductions with PLC/ePLC deliverables, including manufacturing line design and set up, material flow design, and specialized tooling/fixtures development and deployment.

  • •Expanded conceptual knowledge in the industrial engineering discipline.
  • •Demonstrated capability to perform methods engineering analysis for process design and manufacturing line improvements.
  • •Ability to conduct cost analysis and return-on-investment calculations for project selection.
