Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of Store Advisors to maintain a customer-focused approach.

  • •Support operational excellence by assisting with inventory management, placing orders, managing fill-in orders, and ensuring accurate stock levels.

Key Requirements

  • •2–3 years of experience in retail operations or a customer-focused environment.

  • •Experience in the Outlet, Running, Fashion, or Sports industry is a plus; passion is essential.
  • •Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and inspire your team.
  • •Ability to maintain high visual merchandising standards and work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
