Key Responsibilities

  • •Procure flight-certified hardware in accordance with Government procurement regulations, including evaluation, selection, negotiation, technical liaison, and administrative tasks.
  • •Research vendors and products; analyze quotes; recommend or select suppliers; prepare, track, and close purchase orders; schedule deliveries.
  • •Provide status on outstanding hardware deliveries and stay current on approved vendors.
  • •Communicate with center customers/programs and outside vendors to share updates and information.
  • •Work closely with technical personnel to translate quality specifications into purchasing requirements and perform data entry into work management and accounting systems.

Salary: USD 72,448 - 123,478

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 5 years relevant experience OR 7 years of equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
  • •Experience and/or knowledge of Government purchasing practices and procedures.
  • •US Citizenship and REAL ID required (must meet federal requirements for access to government information).
  • •Strong computer skills and ability to navigate computer systems independently.
  • •Experience working within Deltek Costpoint and Maximo CMMS (plus).
