Job Function: Construction, Civil & Site Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Design, analyze, and develop structural design packages for bridge and retaining wall projects across various delivery methods
•Use Bentley software (MicroStation/OpenRoads) and bridge design software (CSiBridge, Midas, PGSuper, MDX, VBent) to support project deliverables
•Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams in a hybrid office/field environment to advance transportation projects
•Contribute to project documentation, calculations, and drawing packages for review and approval
•Support junior staff and lead tasks on small to mid-size components of mega-projects

•BS in Engineering + 2 years of related experience for Junior Level Engineers or BS Degree (or demonstrated equivalency) for CAD Designers
•BS in Engineering + 6 years of related experience for Mid-Level Engineers
•BS in Engineering + 10 years of related experience for Senior Level Engineers / Task Leads
•Preferred: EIT Certification or PE License
•State DOT experience preferred
