Job Summary

Own analytics across Total Rewards by combining people data with financial modeling to power compensation planning, benefits cost analysis, and headcount forecasting. Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports for HR, Finance, and business partners, partnering with HR Systems and IT to improve integrations and reporting infrastructure. Automate manual workflows and help create AI-enabled tooling using LLM-assisted approaches, while translating complex insights into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Become a subject matter expert in reporting across HCM, compensation, and benefits platforms, including Workday and market pricing tools.
•Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and recurring Total Rewards reports for HR, Finance, and business partners.
•Build and maintain financial models for compensation planning, benefits cost analysis, merit/equity budgeting, and headcount forecasting.
•Conduct benchmarking analyses using survey data and internal pay data to support compensation reviews and program decisions.
•Identify repetitive workflows to automate and develop AI-enabled tooling to improve team efficiency, then document methods for reproducibility.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3–7 years experience in data, analytics, financial modeling, or systems-focused roles (Total Rewards experience a plus).
•Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets to build complex models from scratch.
•Experience building dashboards and visualizations in tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
•Strong analytical instincts and the ability to work with large, sensitive datasets accurately and with discretion.
•Experience with HCM platforms and their reporting/analytics layers, such as Workday (preferred).
