Provide employee health services in a full-time role (40 hours/week, M–F 6a–2:30p) focused on workplace safety and regulatory compliance. Assess injuries and illnesses, coordinate first aid and care, run pre-employment screenings and routine exams, and support return-to-work and workers’ compensation case management. Deliver health promotion and training, including CPR/First Aid, and recommend ergonomic modifications. Collaborate with HR, safety teams, and management to improve employee wellbeing.
