Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyse incoming RFQs and interpret tender documents to determine Eaton product fit and ability to meet customer requirements.
  • •Ensure Eaton’s offer aligns technically with customer specifications, including agreed Comply/Deviate/Exceptions for technical aspects.
  • •Prepare and complete Comply/Deviate/Exception documentation and support accurate, consistent offer documentation.
  • •Coordinate with sales, applications engineers, consultants, product owners, and the tender team to build competitive bids.
  • •Assist with costing and pricing and support risk/opportunity analysis while meeting tender timelines and informing stakeholders of progress and constraints.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s (BSc/MSc) Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
  • •Minimum of 2 years’ engineering and design experience in electrical distribution systems networks for large-scale commercial & industrial installations.
  • •Strong understanding of primary and secondary electrical power, including MV and LV power distribution systems and components design.
  • •Experience with services/projects business and project-scale electrical infrastructure; data centre or similar critical power experience is strongly desirable.
  • •Knowledge of automation/control systems (e.g., SCADA) for design configuration and commissioning is a strong plus.
