Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, manage, and deliver projects within Group Security in line with company project management standards, practices, and governance frameworks.
  • •Ensure on-time, in-scope, and within-budget delivery, including initiation through all stages and taking corrective actions when needed.
  • •Analyse business requirements, manage project charters/service levels, and ensure solutions meet documented requirements and customer expectations.
  • •Provide end-to-end leadership across the project lifecycle, including stakeholder/steering board reporting and realisation of business benefits.
  • •Manage the motivation, development, productivity, and performance of assigned project team members; lead teams of business users and 3rd-party service providers for larger projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree or Honours (12+3 equivalent).
  • •5+ years delivering projects within aviation, airport operations, security, transportation, critical infrastructure, or similarly complex operations environments.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing large, cross-functional projects or programmes.
  • •Experience managing projects through concept, design, implementation, and operational readiness phases (preferred).
  • •Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior/executive stakeholders.
