Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure implementation of the approved warehouses and Quality procedures.
  • •Handle recall requests from the SFDA and the suppliers.
  • •Perform a risk assessment study of quality procedures and operations.
  • •Manage suppliers' selection and evaluation to ensure that they are providing services that meet the required standards.
  • •Manage complaints and ensure that they are resolved promptly and effectively.
  • •Manage deviations to ensure that they are investigated and corrected properly.
  • •Prepare and Implement proper CAPA plans to address any deviations, monitor the closing and effectiveness of the plan.
  • •Conduct all-procedure inspection of all warehouses as per the annual plan
  • •Readiness and facilitating performing the internal and external audit
  • •Ensure to validate new systems, processes before they are implemented in the warehouse.
  • •Applied temperature mapping study for warehouse and vehicles for JED branch
  • •Review and approve the temperature mapping plan and final reports for branches
  • •Provide FMT monthly report related to ESG (damage WH - damage in transit and tamer list of product expiry by period)
  • •Handle return from the customer for approval and inspection before return to valid stock
  • •Checking, and approving the labeling and co-packing process and related reports.
  • •Undertake any other duties or assignment as required from time to time by the management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors Degree in a related field, such as quality assurance, engineering, and sciences.
  • •2 to 3 years of experience in the filed.
