Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in and assist all design steps to create the Napapijri apparel collection across multiple categories.
  • •Support execution of seasonal concepts and briefs, ensuring alignment with brand seasonal direction and business needs.
  • •Conduct lifestyle and outdoor trend research and develop trend-driven product designs.
  • •Sketch new seasonal designs and create seasonal color strategy/HO outputs.
  • •Partner with designers and collaborate with product development and merchandiser on collection overviews.

Key Requirements

  • •BA in Fashion Design.
  • •1-3 years of experience working as an apparel designer.
