Key Responsibilities

  • •Gather and analyze business requirements, conduct solution design workshops, and produce functional documentation for Oracle Cloud HCM projects.
  • •Configure Oracle Cloud HCM applications for Core HR and UK Payroll, covering end-to-end payroll processing, controls, and reporting/data management.
  • •Support testing cycles including defect resolution, root cause analysis, payroll validation, SIT/UAT, and cutover/go-live activities.
  • •Collaborate with technical teams and third-party vendors on HCM extracts, OTBI/BI Publisher reporting, HDL/HSDL, Fast Formulas, data migration, and integrations.
  • •Provide post-production support and assess the impact of statutory and business changes and Oracle quarterly updates on payroll processes and configurations.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience as an Oracle Cloud HCM functional consultant, with strong expertise in Core HR and UK Payroll.
  • •Hands-on experience configuring Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR and UK Payroll, including payroll elements, balances, relationships, costing, payment methods, and payroll flows.
  • •Deep knowledge of UK Payroll legislation and HMRC compliance, including statutory deductions and year-end processing.
  • •Experience collaborating on HCM extracts and reporting/integration components such as OTBI, BI Publisher Reports, HDL/HSDL, Fast Formulas, and integrations.
  • •Experience with full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementation activities (SIT/UAT, cutover, go-live, hypercare) plus data migration, reconciliation, and payroll parallel testing.
